Healthy Asian Meal Plan to Lose Weight

Here is a slightly different 1 day meal plan using Asian recipes. An Asian diet is simply eating whole grains with cooked vegetables and a little bit of everything else.
While an Asian diet is mostly gluten and dairy free, the emphasize is to use natural real ingredients to cook.
Here are 3 basic meals for one day. Didn’t think fish for breakfast was such a good idea but after trying, it was ok.

1) Breakfast – Fish Congee
2) Lunch – Egg Fried Rice
3) Dinner – Chicken Soba Soup Noodles
