The Best Fat Burning Workout Using Just 1 Exercise
Wow we tried this out and what a full body fat burning exercise. Throwing that weight from side to side just really takes your whole body. Can’t imagine going more than 5 minutes with this body rocker. Very important to shift your feet from side to side and keep your back straight. Be sure to stop before you overdue it!
