Delicious Quinoa Recipes

With names like Chinese Fried, Tangy Thai and Cheesy Broccoli how can you go wrong with any of these 3 quinoa recipes. From the comments cannot believe any of these would be anything but super tasty.
Seems like they were all a hit with several people making the Tangy Thai and several suggestions to brown or toast the quinoa before cooking. Anything with Sriracha is great in our book.

Chinese Fried Quinoa
2-3 cups cooked quinoa
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 carrots, peeled and diced
½ cup frozen peas
2 eggs (optional)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sriracha

(optional)
2 green onions, chopped

Tangy Thai Quinoa
2-3 cups cooked quinoa
1 red bell pepper, chopped
¼ red cabbage, shredded
2 carrots, shredded
½ cup edamame, cooked
1 tsp peanut butter
1-2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp honey
½ lime, juiced
1 clove garlic, minced
½ tsp ginger, grated
chili flakes to taste

Cheesy Broccoli Quinoa
1 cup quinoa
2 cups vegetable broth
1 crown broccoli, cut into small pieces
1 cup white cheddar, shredded
½ tsp paprika
salt and pepper
