3 Simple Healthy Dinners

These 3 simple and healthy but they take some time to prepare dinners just are so good we had to share.  Tried these fish tacos and are they ever great!  This recipe uses yogurt instead of sour cream and no jalapeño but lime juice instead for the bite.  The potato salad is a new one for us and not much on artichokes so that is a no go but if you like artichoke this could be something to try.
