7 Minute Home Ab Workouts

Googled ab workouts looking for some sort of change of pace and found about 11,900,000 results including this 7 minute home ab workout routine.

If you want to tone up some and don’t want or have the time to go to some gym somewhere you could give this a try just for something newer.

Did not look a all of them but did like the intensity of this particular one and the short period of time it takes, just 7 minutes.

The heel touches were the one motion that caused most of the burn but you only have to do each motion for 30 seconds so no worries!
