5-Minute Beginner Ab Workout

From Joanna Soh comes this beginners ab workout guide.  It takes about 4 to 6 weeks for exercise to make changes so don’t look for instant success.  As with any lifestyle change the body adjusts over time.  By doing theses 5 simple moves you too can tone up!  The slim down comes by following healthy eating habits, sometimes as easy as cutting out all the sugars and grains.  Back off on these sugary fruits and follow that full healthy eating plan.

Exercises:

40 secs Workout, 20 secs Rest. A total of 5 exercises.

1) Basic Crunches
2) Toe Dip
3) Hand to Toe Touch
4) Russian Twist
5) Plank
