Clear Vegetable Soup

A real taste treat this clear vegetable soup recipe combined with healthy eating habits is an awesome fat burning addition! If you don’t already have your own personal favorite version of a clear broth soup try this one for a start.

This particular recipe uses tofu but you could put in your favorite meat although it would’t be a vegetable soup then would it?

• Chopped Garlic: 1 large clove,

• Chopped carrots: ½ cup,
• Chopped mushrooms: ½ cup,
• Chopped broccoli: 1 cup,
• Vegetable stock: 4 cups,
• Salt, pepper powder,
• Oil
