Thought our coconut hummus recipe was smooth but this is as good or better. This little bit different way to make hummus takes a little longer as there is more food processing or blending but comes out a lot smoother. Usually start with the chickpeas but in this recipe the tahini and other ingredients are processed first. Chickpeas go in last followed by a little water. Comes out like the restaurant and no yogurt if you are on a strict diet. Pair this with the homemade pita. Check it out!
