The science is in: Exercise isn’t the best way to lose weight

 

After reading over 60 studies regarding exercise and weight loss, these researchers have concluded exercise really isn’t the best way to loose weight.

Since the 1950’s many companies have been advertising  their products as something you can have as much as you want as long as you exercise.

But, according to the studies weight loss doesn’t work that way.  The researchers travelled as far as Tanzania to check on weight among the hunter gatherers.
