Meal Planning

Organization is key to weekly meal planning.  This is one way to be sure you get you nutritional needs met and with everything planned, purchased and/or pre cooked you can change it up depending on what you’re in the mood for and you don’t get bored of eating the same things.  If you don’t have a spiralizer you might want to put that on your list of must haves.  Don’t want to forget to have a sweet treat like banana ice cream!
