Saving Time Throughout The Week With Meal Prepping

Meal prepping is a great way to cook healthy meals or part of meals ahead of time so you aren’t spending so much time every day just getting breakfast lunch and dinner ready for just you or your family.   The number of onions, pumpkin or grams of frozen or fresh vegetables you use is set by the number of meals you need for yourself or family and of course how many you can safely store.  In this video chicken is used as part of the meal prep but if you are vegan or vegetarian you could use the calorie equivalent amount of tofu or tempeh instead.
