Metabolism Boosting Elixir Sometime Called Jogging in a Jar

Simple to make and quick to down this and other versions  of a morning drink are sometime called jogging in a jar.  Made with apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, cinnamon, cayenne pepper and a bit of sweetener this morning drink revs up your morning and sets your metabolism on fire!

Due to a number of questions about how this works as a metabolism booster we have added links to a number of other articles regarding the benefits of each of the ingredients except the water and grape juice used in the second version of this drink.  Hopefully that will clear up any questions and not create more.

Directions & Ingredients

1 glass of water (12-16 oz.)

2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar

Benefits: Can Help With Weight Loss

2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Benefits: Stimulate Your Digestive Track

1 tsp. Cinnamon

Benefits:  May Lower Blood Sugar

1 dash Cayenne Pepper (optional loaded with B vitamins)

Benefit: Boosts Your Calorie Burning Potential 

Stevia or Honey to taste

Benefit of Honey:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and drink each morning upon waking up.
