Healthy Lunch – Salad Jar

Make a nice healthy not soggy salad jar to take to work or school for your lunch.
The trick with keeping these fresh is to layer the produce in the right order so the contents don’t get soggy. If you do that you can do a little meal prepping and make up two or three salads in advance without the produce getting soggy or bruised and have many more enjoyable lunches.
