Many of the best vegetarian meal ideas come from India and this one is no exception. While not quite vegan since it uses honey, you could substitute agave nectar, which is vegan and delicious if you are a strict vegan.

¾ Cup  Moong Been Sprouts

½ Cup  Apple Chopped

½ Cup    Bell Pepper

½ Cup   Carrot Grated

½ Cup   Pomegranate Seeds

½ Cup   Mixed Nuts

Salt and Pepper to Taste
