Ease Those Joint Pains With a Turmeric Smoothie
Exercise has benefits and then there are the joint pains and muscle aches, especially if you are just starting.
Between the benefits of apple cider vinegar and in a previous post we showed the joint pain remedies of adding turmeric to your diet as an anti-inflammatory you should be able to stay mostly ache and pain free while building your healthy lifestyle.
We use turmeric on quite a bit of the foods we eat but not every food in your diet may taste right with turmeric in it.
So, if you are using turmeric daily as we are this smoothie recipe just might make it easier for you to enjoy those health benefits without using it on everything.
Tried adding a couple tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to this to check out the taste. Yup Really Tasty!
