There is so much information on what a healthy diet is it can be overwhelming but the simple method is to eat lean meat, eggs, and seafood, if that’s what you want.
But keep in mind that the healthiest diet should be vegetables, fruits, whole grains, beans, lentils, nuts and seeds. So more on the vegetarian side. Of course if you are vegan you have to make modifications to that basic thought that includes the animal products, just watch out for too many of the oils.
