Weekly Meal Prep for Healthy Eating

Fresh cooked is usually the tastiest but by prepping some of your weekly meals on Sunday nights you can have healthy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the table fast.  Whole chick is generally a little less expensive than chicken pieces and parts so cooking up one or more depending on your family size is a great way to save money.  Keeping everything in separate containers keeps all those good flavors separate and helps give these meals a fresh cooked taste.  Check out this version of Sunday night weekly meal prep!
