Healthy Protein Shake For Weight Loss

This is a great non dairy protein shake that will help with weight loss as this can be used as a meal replacement.

The egg whites he uses in this mix are pasteurized so no worries about bacteria.  If you aren’t sure about using egg whites then just use one of your favorite protein powders, maybe a vegetable type protein especially if you are lactose intolerant.

We dropped the pineapple and as fans of avocado and mango used those ingredients to go with the blueberries that are another favorite. Tasty!

Here are the basic ingredient used in this version.  Try it out!

Smoothie Ingredients:
1/2-1 Cup Fresh Kale Greens (fiber, calcium, protein)
1/2-1 Cup Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries (vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants, fat-burning nutrients)
1-2-1 Cup Pineapple (vitamins, minerals, fat-burning nutrients)
1/2-1 TBSP Organic Coconut Oil (healthy saturated fats) (optional)
1 TSP 100% Natural Fiber Powder (for added fiber) (optional)
1 TSP Chia Seed (for added omegas) (optional)
3 Servings Egg Whites (protein)
